For the first series of lessons, we are only allowing 10 participants per session, with a maximum of 3 groups per day, so don't hesitate to sign up!
The Worldkarts Kart Academy (F2) is a structured training program in our 200cc Sodi SR5 karts.
The “F2” program combines theory and practice to help both novice and advanced riders improve their technique, speed, and racing insight.
Each module consists of a theory section followed by intensive practical sessions on the track with professional instructors.
Module 1 – Basics
Introduction to the Kart Academy concept and the basic principles of karting, including seating position, body posture, ideal racing line, apex, braking points, exploring new circuits, and the effect of extra weight.
Module 2 – Steering & Technology
Explanation of correct steering technique, the principle of “slow in, fast out,” recognizing and understanding oversteer and understeer, and the technical operation of a kart, supported by analysis using video footage.
Module 3 – Qualifying & Hotlaps
Understanding how to approach qualifying strategically and which techniques lead to fast lap times (hot laps) for optimal starting positions.
Module 4 – Race & Strategy
Discussion of the difference between sprint and endurance races, determining an effective race and pit stop strategy, and applying smart overtaking opportunities.
Module 5 - Vrije Module
Focus op waar piloten zelf willen in verbeteren. Alle deelnemers zullen vooraf gevraagd worden hun lesitems door te geven
Module 6 - Examen
Anyone who has completed at least 3 of the 5 modules (including the free module) can register for the final module, the “Exam.” Pilots will receive additional tips and participate in races in the format of the larger races, after which they can obtain their certificate.
Goal:
Participants develop comprehensive karting skills: from basic control and cornering techniques to qualifying approaches and strategic racing, supported by personal feedback and professional guidance.
